In-person or virtual. Bid reviews, contractor questions, "Does the price make sense?", "Who should I hire?", Scope of work questions.
$200.00 per hour.
One hour minimum.
WALKTHROUGH AND PLAN
Includes written recommendations, cost range, timeline, what materials to choose, red flags, contractor checklist.
$250.00 per visit.
One visit minimum.
PROJECT MANAGMENT
Ongoing remodel support throughout the remodel process. We take care of the project from start to finish so you don't have to.

SUBCONTRACTOR LIST
Though we will gladly work with a customer's chosen contractors, we can also provide a list of recommended subcontractors upon request. All the companies on the list are licensed, insured, and in good standing.
Most importantly, they all do good work.
